FALL FEST IS NOV. 1!
WOW! We have LOTS of fun planned for you on November 1, 2008 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.. Invite your friends and neighbors to our Fall Fest and Church Picnic. There is no charge for this great event. We will have hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, games, face painting, a live band, a bounce house, train rides bungee challenge and so much more! Children of ALL ages are invited to dress up in costume if you like. This is a great outreach event - so join us on November 1!

PRAISE KIDS HAY RIDE NOVEMBER 16TH
Make your reservations now for the Praise Kids Hayride at the Mattox's on November 16th. We will meet at the Mattox's at 3:00 p.m. for a hayride, bonfire, cookout, s'mores and fun. Contact Denise Lay for more information or if you need a ride to the event.

Preschool Sunday School is a great way for young children to learn about where they fit into the family of God. This warm, welcoming environment is the perfect place for preschoolers to experience the love of Christ.
ELEMENTARY SUNDAY SCHOOL IS A B.L.A.S.T.!
Sunday mornings are a B.L.A.S.T. with our Bible Learning Adventure Stations! Kindergarten through 5th graders rotate by class into a different workshop each week to learn a Bible lesson from several viewpoints. Workshops include:
Creation Station - art
Solid Rock Marketplace - food/science/mission
Bible Blockbuster - audio/visual
Discovery Den - games and movement
Music and Worship
Jerusalem Storyteller - drama/storytelling
Children begin the morning in worship at 9:30 a.m. and are dismissed to Sunday School after children's time.
Women's Bible Study
Church Parlor at 9:30 a.m.
We are studying "To Live Is Christ" written by Beth Moore. The study promises to help you know Paul in a new and exciting way. Women of all ages are welcome.

Praying Like Jesus
Class #1 at 11 a.m.
This class will study "Praying Like Jesus" written by James Mulholland. We will take a compelling new look at the central practice of spiritual life - prayer. "Praying Like Jesus" is an invitation to rediscover the life we are called to as Christians.
Small groups are an exciting way to build relationship with God and deepen your friendships within the church family. You do not have to be a Bible expert to join a small group, just be yourself.
